The M.L.G team is doing everything we can to provide support  to our families experiencing hardship during this time of need. We've gathered multiple resources throughout  the Los Angeles County that will be continuously updated .

  • FindHelp.org   Lists free and reduced-cost services to help you or someone you know pay for food, pay bills, find housing, etc. due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It works for every city and county in America. 


  • W.I.C - APPLY FOR WIC ONLINE HERE :  https://www.phfewic.org/how-wic-works/apply-for-wic/ 


  • HEALTH & WELLNESS  -   CA launched a new peer support service, available to anyone experiencing increased anxiety. Immediate, free non-emergency emotional support is available to anyone in the state via telephone or instant messaging through the California Peer-Run Warm Line.   • FREE MEALS FOR CHILDREN -  Visit www.HealthyEating.org/SchoolMeals  to Find the Closest Participating School Meal Program Location

  •  Los Angeles County (Unincorporated Areas) Temporary Rent Stabilization News & Updates: https://dcba.lacounty.gov/rentstabilization/ . If someone needs to find out whether or not this temporary rent stabilization applies to them, they can call: (833) 223-7368, or email: rent@dcba.lacounty.gov 


  •  Unemployment Benefit Insurance: you can apply for unemployment if your employer has reduced your hours or shut down operations due to COVID-19


  •  Learn how you can support the Street Vendor Emergency Fund aimed at providing direct cash to vendors who cannot access resources from the government. 


  •  Angeleno Fund: The Angeleno Fund (City of LA) will provide direct financial assistance for families experiencing extreme financial hardship, many of whom are immigrants or independent workers who will not qualify for other benefits.
